Sell your items

We are now offering customers appointment slots so that we can view and value your items with you in an exclusive and safe environment. To book a slot give us a call on 01344 625 420.

We take in Mon-Fri 9am-1pm

Your items must be clean and ready to wear. We will steam your items before they enter the shop to add an extra layer of safety for our shoppers. 

Once valued, your items will go on display in our store and also online over a 5 week period. Any items that do not sell after 4 weeks will be discounted and displayed for a further week. At the end of 5 weeks any unsold items are automatically sent to charity unless you tell us otherwise. Charity dates and reduction dates are printed on your customer receipt.You can also choose to collect your items before the charity date. Any commission will stay on your account for 12 months from the date of your receipt and must be collected before this period expires.
