For in store purchases we do not offer refunds. However we do offer an approval service which allows you to return an item for a refund in store the next business day. (24hr approval). Please ask for this service at checkout to receive an approval receipt.The item must be returned in the condition it left with all barcode labels still attached. The barcode label identifies the item as our stock and updates the account of the seller. If for any reason it is detached from the item we cannot refund it.
For online purchases, we have a 4-day return policy, which means you have 4-days from the date of purchase to request a return. To protect our buyers and sellers we ask you to please read the following refund guidance carefully.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with our identifying barcode labels attached. The barcode label identifies the item as our stock and updates the account of the seller. If for any reason it is detached from the item we cannot refund it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We must receive your returned item within 7 days of the purchase date.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, or items where you have submitted a successful bid or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
